Three users reported the following errors in OLC:
Mon Mar 16 14:19:25 1992: Cannot parse the newsrc file (/mit/milo/.newsrc) -- error on line 1510
xrn: Can not read the .newsrc file
Mon Mar 16 14:48:47 1992: Cannot parse the newsrc file (/mit/tlsogg/.newsrc)--error on line 1410
xrn: Can not read the .newsrc file
Mon Mar 16 14:55:42 1992: Cannot parse the newsrc file (/mit/zdog/.newsrc) -- error on line 1510
xrn: Can not read the .newsrc file
In each case, this was the offending line in the .newsrc:
alt.music.enya.puke.puke.pukeSender:!
One of the users reported that rn worked fine, however.
After editing the .newsrc to remove that line, xrn worked again.
