The printed discuss documents we have in the SIPB office don't mention
the DISCUSS_EDITOR environment variable, which can be used to have the
tty discuss client start up an editor automatically when the user types
`t'. I wanted to simply change this, but there are at least three
versions of the discuss document lying around---one in
/afs/sipb/project/doc/discuss, one in /mit/sipb/doc/discuss, and one in
/mit/discuss/doc. They're all different. I assume that the one in the
discuss locker is the ``official'' copy, but if that's the case, of what
use is are the files in the other locations? If I were a user poking
around trying to find out more about discuss, my first reaction would be
to print out /mit/sipb/doc/discuss/discuss.PS, because it's the first
one I would find.
