odd xrn behavior

When xrn switches from article mode to newsgroup mode, my xrn icon
briefly disappears and reappears. I am using vtwm and the xrn in the
sipb locker. I've noticed this behavior for a long time but wasn't
really sure about it until just now, on a VSII, when I could actually
see the time between the icon disappearing and reappearing.
Xrn uses XSetIconName to set the icon name to indicate unread news.
The icon should not disappear, but its name should change. If it
actually disappears and reappears, then I'd say that's a bug with
vtwm, not a bug with xrn.
