I've noticed that fairly often, edsc (from both the packs and out of sipb)
will hang indefinitely on the rs/6000 with that:
Waiting for discuss....
message, but it won't ever return from it. Sometimes it doesn't happen at
all, but when it does, I usually have to run several emacses before I can
get one that doesn't hang indefinitely.
Is there anything I can do to avoid this little mishap?
