I have now removed gdiff from the sipbsrc locker and from the sipb
locker.
Fortunately, it never even appeared in the released version of the
sipb locker, since I installed it after the release last night, so no
one should have noticed that it was ever there.

I installed diff for all Athena supported systems as /mit/gnu/$bindir/gdiff.
If you think it should be named "diff" instead of "gdiff" talk to me.
