I have recompiled and reinstalled xwebster using the libraries in
/usr/athena/lib/shared.
Richard: If you are going to compile and install programs in the sipb
locker, you should either be on the bug-sipb list or be reading the
bug-sipb discuss meeting. I don't see you on an "expn" for the list,
and I also don't see it in your .meetings file.
Lucien: Note that the "UseSharedLibs" #define is not propagated to the
new Makefile if you do "make Makefile", as the "UseInstalled" flag is.
It should be.
