SYNOPSIS: I can't get CONTROL-L to work!

DESCRIPTION: When I post an article, I can't get the CONTROL-L command to work,
to insert a blank page. What am I doing wrong?

REPEAT BY: I tried to post an article with a CONTROL-L at the beginning of a line,
but it didn't do anything.
