tgrind.sty shortcomings

I am having a problem getting tgrind to properly munge some
code for me. Specifically, it looks like the procedure naming
convention (that is, function named are repeated in the output
right justified) has been disabled. The program output includes
statements like \Proc{sign} but this doesn't appear to do anything
and there is no definition for \Proc in the tgrind.sty file.
Upon closer examination, that is comparing tgrind.sty and tgrindmac.tex
it seems that the person that converted the tex macros to latex macros
left a lot of stuff out from the original definition of tgrind.
I don't know any TeX... is there anyone who might want to finish
the conversion, or is there a way that I can get LaTeX to use these TeX
macros?
