Hi folks,
Our actually-final chapter meeting of the term is soon to be upon us!
I-Banquet starts at 2pm in the Bush Room; we'll start the meeting some
indeterminate time after folks have gotten food.
On the agenda:
- Outgoing officer reports
- Service project reports
- Announcement of the House Cup winner
- Discussion of what to do with the $700+ remaining in the Nationals
layaway fund*
After the agenda:
- New officer installations!
- The first meeting under next term's Exec, featuring: scheduling!
assorted parliamentary games! and too many exclamation marks!
(among other events)
[ * We had originally stipulated that this was going to go towards
Regionals; since there's so very much of it, we could also potentially
use it to purchase another hotel room (currently we have one for 4
people; additional cost would be about $450). ]
There will be a lovely APOc, and of course (since it's I-Banquet) many
items of a delicious and edible nature.
