Hi folks,
Our last regularly scheduled chapter meeting of the semester will be
next Monday (12/3) at the usual time (7:30pm) in the usual place
(2-136).
Agenda:
- Officer reports
- Service project reports (past and future)
- End-of-term membership stuff
- I-Banquet
- Officer elections for President, SVP, PVP, FVP, Treasurer, AC, and PubDir
Nominations for officer positions are still open and will stay that
way until each position is elected. The list of nominations that have
been officially accepted thus far is below; if you wish to nominate
someone else (including yourself) in advance of the meeting, email me.
I emailed all the people nominated on Monday who have yet to accept or
reject their nomination.
If you are running for a position and won't be able to make it to the
meeting, please send me a statement to read, and let me know what
interactive communication method (zephyr, phone, gchat, skype, etc)
should be used to get answers to questions posed to you.
If you have anything you wish to add to the agenda, please email me
before the meeting.
