Hello everyone,
As the term wraps up, there are still many opportunities left to organize a
service project if you still don't have that PCship.
*PSC*
The PSC, or MIT's public service center has a lot of opportunities that

Highlights include:
Volunteer at Rosie=92s Place
As the holidays approach we are looking for groups to help us in the
following ways:
1. Volunteer in our dining room and evening food pantry
2. Wrap presents at Cambridgeside Galleria Mall to benefit Rosie=92s Pla=
ce
(ages 18 & older)
3. Organize a coat, food or toiletry drive
4. Assist with sending out mailings to our donors
5. Hold a toy drive to help fill the 250 bags of new toys we distribute
each season
If you are able to help, please email volunteer@rosiesplace.org.
Best part besides helping out people? *15 minutes by T and walking*. That's
pretty awesome
Volunteer at Cradles to Crayons
We are in great need of volunteers on weekdays through December. Currently,
we need the most help on November 19th, 20th, and 27th-29th. If you have a
group that may be interested, or would like to ask faculty, staff, and
students to invite their families and join us, we would greatly appreciate
this.

Location: Honan-Allston Branch Library, 300 North Harvard Street, Allston,
MA 02134
Directions: Take the 70 Bus. About 23 minutes from 77 Mass Ave. Allston is
across the Charles west of Cambridge.

PMD and Lori always have great, super organized projects.
Needham *portable* project
Needham Science Center needs 700 starfish cut out from copied pages to
stock a science kit.
I can find out what grade the target students are and the exact activity
description.
They don't need them all at once, so this would be a good office-based
project for a pledge to PC.
It could also be an activity for during the elections meeting.... It is
like lego-counting/stacking,
only more compact and only requiring APO to provide volunteers with
scissors for paper
If you find something interesting, (there probably are NUMEROUS toy drives,
food related, holiday volunteer opportunities), don't be afraid to take the
initiative and just email out to brothers asking for interest. Even if you
can't be a PC, ask other brothers if they are interested in PC and
attending.
Please be prepared to tell me if you are interested in any of these
projects by Chapter meeting where I will reannounce these.
