Hi folks,
It's chapter meeting time again! We'll be meeting at 7:30pm in 2-136
(the usual spot) this Monday, 11/19. There will be tasty
Thanksgiving-themed dinner, which you should sign up to help out with
if you're able! (https://apo.chmrr.net/hours/238)
This chapter meeting is the nominations meeting, which means you
should come armed with thoughts on who you want to be on exec next
term! Nominations will remain open for the two weeks up to and
including elections, which will happen at next semester's chapter
meeting.
On the agenda:
- Officer reports
- Service project reports, including UMOC
- Nationals layaway fund report (it's now past 11/15)
- Nationals legislation discussion
- Officer nominations for next term's senior exec
(President, SVP, PVP, FVP, Treasurer, AC, Publicity Director)
As always, if there's anything not on here that you want to talk
about, please let me know and I'll work it into the agenda.
