Problem:
if one has multiple zwgc's running on the same tty and kill one,
you are lost by the server
Repeat:
start 2 zwgc's on same tty, kill second and try zlocate (you're not there)
Correct Response:
somewhere zephyr should realize that there are two zwgc's running
on the same tty and then decrement the number of instances that tty
[or, conversely add a second entry to the user list]
System Version:
Athena 7.1A [also behavior seems present in older versions since it
also happens in the Media Lab domain].
