Well, the restart of neskaya (with the old server) happened about 18:07; when did you start running zwgc? If you started zwgc after 18:30 or so, your subscription information probably should have gotten in okay, but I'm not at all surprised at any discrepancies relating to data added before about 18:45 or 19:00.
