It seems that neskaya has almost no subs for me (the ones it has
appear to be caused by an attach -e charon:/usr) while b11zephyr has
all of them. A related problem: While I seemed to be receiving
messages on instance help, I was not getting any of the ones that *I*
sent (which kind of makes sense; I was getting messages from
jewell@walter-jon-williams, which was using b11zephyr.)
