Bug in ez from the field.

The first day of the new release deployed to the field and someone finds
a disorienting nit.

The "Save Plainest As" and "Visit Raw File" commands are appearing all
over the place in the NEOS suite. (Even in windows that have nothing to
do with text editing!) When I proposed these to the ARTeam, I assured
them that this would have no impact on NEOS.

My previous tests to confirm that these commands only appeared in EZ,
apparently left out eos. (I tested messages and help and they came up
fine, so I guess I forgot to test the third one.)

At any rate, the files
/mit/andydevo/src/cmu/site/inits/
specials.init
and
files.init

Should replace the current ones, and these two files should be propagated to
/usr/andrew/lib
/mit/andrew/5.1/{rt,vax,rsaix,decmips}/lib

I am very embarassed by this problem. It shows serious carelessness on
my part at development time.

The problem is not so serious as to generate a core dump, but we have a
lead user who is particularly upset that this user-visible change is
intruding on his stuff after our repeated assurances that there would be
no such intrusions.

If there will be a patch release, these changes should go into it.

What are the plans for fixing problems we see in early field deployment?
