Problems:
1) -v doesn't work in the .environment file.
2) you still can't do "add sipb watchmaker consult games".
3) add in .environment should modify athena_manpath, not MANPATH.
I think that add probably needs to be at least partly a shell script,
with some backticking or something to change state in the calling
shell, since athena tcsh can't put a foreach in an alias.
