The final pass build on the RIOS has been completed; that's a nice way of
saying this is probably the end of accepted submissions (we may come to
individual people when we discover problems that need to be addressed).
(Even though I said the final pass was completed on the RIOS, there are still
a number of software packages that failed to build and have to be fixed in
the source tree. We are still not at the point of making any of the packs yet).
