The new source is already in the source tree, but you need something
for the release notes.
Cleanup has been completely re-written. The algorithm has changed to
avoid locking the password and group files for long periods of time,
and for cleanup itself to exit almost immediately if there is no work
to be done. Several bugs have been fixed, but there should be no
change in the functionality or command line arguments.
