I want gcc 1.40 to be used building 7.3 (gcc 1.37 is the version that has
been used for the past 2 Athena releases). Does rel-eng need any special
configuration (like pathnames), or is it sufficient to copy the contents of
the GNU locker? gcc 1.40 is the first version of gcc which the FSF does not
describe as a test version.
