Sorry; there seems to be a problem with the imake for the rios.
I will fix the copy in /afs/rel-eng/system/config/... by tomorrow.
I will also see that the AFS libraries/include files are installed
on paris (the pmax_ul4 versions have already been built a while ago).
Ezra recently changed the Ultrix 4.2 configuration so that the Athena
libraries and include files will be the same as they are on the other
platforms, so I will edit the site.def accordingly so that people
can start to develop things (his reconfiguration is not yet complete,
so the use of the symbolic names is essential).
(Btw, the only problem with the imake for the rios is its use of cpp;
POSIX is not defined for the Imake rules file, if you read the document
again; only AIXV is defined for the Imake rules... POSIX will be defined
for C compiles automatically by our std rules).
