I've been saying this for several releases.  So have several other
people, including jfc.  Perhaps there should be an ATTACHLIB variable
to decide if libraries should be attached?

The rc.conf variable RVDCLIENT has 2 meanings; there should be 2 variables.
/etc/rc checks RVDCLIENT to see if it needs to flush old RVD spinups.  It
also uses this variable to decide whether to mount system packs.
