We need to know where the dash.menus file will be in AFS

Just a reminder -- ADT (aka dash) needs the pathname of its
distributed menus file to go into Dash.ad for the release. Has anyone
decided where to put it? See Craig for a correct version which should
be writeable by Craig and me at least.
