The "tftpd" in the Kerberos distribution does not seem to work. This is
not new; it has been the case for a couple of releases.
However, we believe that the version that was installed around 6.0C/6.0R
worked, and ever since, we have been doing a binary inclusion of the old
"tftpd" (unfortunately, it has been cp'd without -p a few times, so we
don't know when it stopped working, and the lack of full build/installs
also adds to the vagueness of the time-frame it broke).
