I have taken the named.tar file and extracted the files placing them in
/source/bsd-4.3/common/etc/named/Dialup/
This directroy may change later if we move named from bsd-4.3 to athena.
The other changes that you wish to be included in by the 7.0 release
should be submitted to bugs so that it may be properly audited.
