We have some sources for stuff on the current dialup servers that I
would like to have added to the source tree. If you think this is an
unreasonable request, tell me and I will have a locker created for
them, but I'd rather have it in the master source tree.
I expect this stuff to go through Q/A, auditing, etc before the 7.0
release, but what we have right now should be considered part of 6.4R
since it is part of providing an official Athena supported service
now.
What I want in the source tree is the special nameserver for resolving
dialup names, currently in /mit/dialup/named.tar. The other sources
in this directory are changes to existing programs that will hopefully
be accepted into the main sources by 7.0. The new named, however,
will always be separate from the regular named.
Please respond, either with an ack that you've done this and where the
sources will be kept, or the reason why you won't take them.
