RT kernel

There appears to be a bug in the RT kernel which causes
process tracing not to work when (1) the kernel was built
using hc2 for the non-AFS parts and another compiler for the
AFS code (the AFS code will not build without modification
using hc2) and (2) the traced process is in AFS.
Attempting to run a traced process (i.e. under a debugger)
causes the machine to freeze. There are exactly two ways to
unfreeze (excluding hammers and similar methods): power off,
CTRL-ALT-PAUSE.
Just a word of warning for kernel builders.
