Subject: Power Problem
Date: Fri, 22 May 92 11:50:08 EDT

Larry Donaghey checked out the reported electrical problem in 11-226 and
he told me that it is caused by a known harmonics problem, common to all
of building 11. This problem has existed since the renovation took place
10 years ago. Angler and the copy machine were plugged into the same
circuit and he suggested that we switch the copier to another one, give
angler a good workout and notify plant if the problem still exists. Since
this is the only workstation having difficulties and the harmonics are
all over the building, then it could be a workstation problem that is
exaspareted by the high voltage. The copier is now on a different circuit.
