Hi,
A user reports that the printer 'pulp' in the w20 fifth floor cluster
is running out of toner, and that it is affecting printed
material. We're downing the printer queue and setting a status message
to indicate the problem.
To up the printer and clear the message, do the following:
athena% lpc up pulp
athena% lpc msg pulp
