My name is Wolfgang Brauner,
I try to print on the color printer "echo" in the room
37-312 (WINDOWS Cluster).
But the printer does not print.
On the small screen of the printer there is the
information IJ32EOF.
When I push the green "Go" button then on the screen of
the printer comes the information: OFFLINE.
And after I push the Go button a second time then on the
screen IJ32EOF appears once more.
In the window "Select Command Prompt" I can see, after
typing <lpq -Pecho>, that my file that I send to the
printer echo, is in the queue.
How can I solve this problem?
