I have checked out helios. One of the tray 3 rollers was worn down. I rotated the rollers and cleared a jam from the output area that was causing the 13.A error.

I then printed 30 test pages without incident and upped the queue. I will leave the case open for now in anticipation of a possible relapse...

Users have been failing to clear the jam from helios since Thursday
or so; I've down'd the queue to keep it from accumulating further.

Please up it and clear the message when you've had a look.

The printer has a constant 13.10 paper jam problem, I replaced the toner, swapped the rollers and cleared the input trays of old paper, still no go. The problem has been turned over to PCServices for repairs.
