Dear Everyone:
I have not yet heard from you concerning the shutdown for Bldg. 6 - 301
through 318 and 401 through 416 shutdown request for tomorrow, Thursday,
5/22 from 7 AM to 3 PM. This shutdown would effect supply cooling or supply
heating via ceiling supply fans in the above-listed rooms. This is a weather
dependant shutdown - if it is cold outside then it will be loss of supply
heating or if it is warm then it will be a loss of supply cooling via
ceiling supply fans during the 8-hour shutdown period.
Of course in the rooms where there are window air conditioners - those areas
will have cooling.
Would you please let me know whether you do or do not approve of this
shutdown by 1:30 PM today if possible.
