Hello Andrea,
Yes, you have approval to shutdown Fan No. 2 on Friday, July 5, 2002,
from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
It is my understanding that this work is necessary to repair the defective
fan, which has been affecting cooling on the 2nd floor of N42 for the
past month.
Please let me know when the fan is back in service.
