I can do any necessary on-site intervention or firmware upgrades if
that would let us fix the problem sooner.  Or I could even just bring
you the JetDirect card and have you flash it or replace it with one
with newer firmware.  Or I suppose we could just be patient and wait
if neither of those options works for you.
