Ops has a pair of broken Ultra 5s that require service.
The first machine has serial number FW10350681, and *no* MIT
property tag. Until recently, it was using the hostname maytag. It has
a broken ethernet card and needs the motherboard replaced.
The second machine has serial number FW04710561 and MIT tag
number 358419. It was using the hostname menelaus until recently. It
has a bad clock battery of some kind; the symptoms are that, when
booted, the machine's time will randomly warp around (by somewhere
between 15 and 90 minutes). I believe replacing the battery should be
sufficient to fix the machine.
Both machines are in the w92 machine room, along the right wall,
next to one of the spare workstations, labeled with what problems they
have.
