Hi there,
The users in Green Hall are continuing to complain about
problems with their printer. Could someone please check
the hardware and verify that all is well? (I suspect operator
error, but who knows).
I will be having a meeting with the Green Hall dorm government
to discuss their responsibilities and our responsibilities for
maintenance of the printer, but I would also like to verify that
the hardware is still in functional condition. (They're fairly
vague about their complaints and it's actually difficult for
me to verify and validate them).
