Hello:

We have a printer, luna.mit.edu, in the EAPS Athena cluster in Room 54-311.
First of all, luna is fine now. I just want to ask a question about it.

One day luna had some problem. I called hotline@mit.edu. Somebody came here
and fixed the problem. But he told us that you won't support luna any more.
We don't know why. Could you please let us know what we can do to make sure
that you'll continue to support luna?
