upgrade mouse on inky (dell) from 2-button to 3-button?

Hi,
Inky.mit.edu, a Dell (MIT Tag Number 0311502) sitting in the Zone
outside W92-152, still has a two-button mouse. Supposedly a
three-button mouse was ordered for this machine. Is there any
chance you could replace/upgrade the mouse to a standard 3-button
mouse?
