At this time I would ask to accept re-submittal for room shutdown for
purposes of fan coil check out and maintenance and ceiling tiles restored
and or replaced and any others needs which may be good to have done at this
time. Please let us know and give us a day in which to attempt these needs.?

There are some ceiling tiles which are in need of repair and or
replacement and we would also like to check the fan coil units also. Please
let us know when a good time would be. We would need a couple to a few
