Two more of the afs top level volume servers will be upgraded tonight
and tomorrow night. hydra.mit.edu will come first, and be upgraded
around midnight tonight, and hecate will be upgraded tomorrow.
As for the last two, the outages should last about an hour; clients
will notice "afs: Lost contact with file server..." messages in their
console windows, but should not experience any actual loss of service,
since all the volumes on these are replicated.
