Dear Everyone:
I have been advised that there will be heat in Building 16 during the
shutdown from 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM tomorrow (Tuesday, 2/1). A bypass pipe has
been installed and will be used when the shutdown occurs. This pipe will be
removed when the work has been completed and heat will come through the
permanent pipe.
