Hello,
In my office I have both an athena workstation ("pulse") and a PC (kausel2),
which share the same connection to the net via a workgroup hub. In recent
weeks, I have often (but not always) expererienced periods in which I cannot
access the net from my PC, even though I can still access it from the
workstation. Indeed, when I activate either Eudora or Netscape from my PC,
the program window often "goes blank" for a while, and then reports that it
is "unable to locate the server". At other times, however, it behaves normally.
Today has been a particularly bad day in which I haven't been able to
retrieve my mail with my PC. I can still do it on the workstation,
but much prefer to do it from the PC (format, attachments, tools, etc.).
Why does this problem happen, and how can I correct it? (It does not seem
to have anything to do with the settings in my PC).
