Hi. The keypad outside Room 2-225 is getting very difficult to use --
it only registers very forceful keypresses. It's not such a pain in
itself, but it's a nuisance to have to get up and open the door for
people who don't realize this and knock on the door, assuming that
they've forgotten the code and need to be let in. Are you the right
people to write about getting it replaced?
