[4492] in Hotline Meeting

ESG05 (JUBJUB-BIRD) is still crashing on a fairly regular basis... I
have found it in the crashed 'state' on two occasions in the past
three weeks, and had it crash while I was logged in working on a paper
on 4/1/91 with 'panic:' etc... and the ever present 'unclaimed stray
interrupt'. After each crash, rebooting proved ineffective unless
tried 4-5 times.
