At 10:00 pm on the evening of Monday, 7/13/98, Athena Ops will take
down the OED server bion.mit.edu for a software upgrade and
preventative power wiring. This outage will last for approximately
two hours, during which time the Web-based OED service will be
unavailable.
The status of the outage will be posted to the zephyr "consult"
instance.
