At 8:00 pm on Monday 7/13/98, the athena print server
paper-pusher.mit.edu and the SAP print servers arbor-eater.mit.edu and
fiber.mit.edu will be taken down one at a time in that order for an
upgrade of their athena software. The total outage time for all three
upgrades is not expected to be longer than two hours.
During the outages, all print queues served by a print server will be
unavailable. This affects Athena (unix), Windows, and SAP printing,
but does *not* affect AppleTalk printing (for those printers which
support it).
The status of the outage will be posted to the zephyr "consult"
instance.
