Sometime shortly after midnight Wednesday (7/15) morning (late Tuesday
night), we will be upgrading the Athena AFS top level volume server hydra.
Users will experience 'lost contact with afs server' messages and may
experience 'connection timed out messages' but all data on hecate is
replicated so their workstations should fall back relatively painlessly.
