Hi, although it was well-intentioned, I think the
new trays just serve to keep people farther away from the counter
that might be holding papers and work.
Since users are standing, the height of the keyboard on the table
is good as it is and a tray is probably not necessary.
The trays in the Student Center third floor are pretty good.
They are solid and near the work surface.
In the building 11 quickcluster, and elsewhere, a useful improvement
might be to move the computers under the tables...
they could be suspended in little cages from the underside.
This would free up the top surface for personal belongings.
