Printer Queue for Athena Printer "Pyhton" stuck from Friday

I would like to report a printer queue problem for
athena printer "Python" (Bldg W-20). I had reported the
problem to hotline over phone on Friday and the first
job which tied up the printer for whole day was removed
from queue, but the very next job is again stuck and has not
cleared. There are about 20 jobs still on queue. My jobs
are job# 9 and job# 16 currently and they have been in
the queue from Friday.
I think the problem could be from People sending
print jobs from Windows spooler ( including me). If one
closes the windows spooler after sending a print job to
a network printer, the job is not processed. This warning
comes up when you have a job in the queue and you try to
close the spooler window or shut the PC.
This would keep blocking other print jobs. I would appreciate
if some solution could be found for this , if this is true.
I am not sure why the jobs are not getting processed in
this printer. I need to use this HP 5Si printer for its
image quality and would appreciate any help in this
regard.
