One of the libraries' Athena printers needs its queue cleared and reset. If
anyone on <hotline> has the rights to be able to do this, could you please
take a look. None of the print jobs in the queue need to be saved. The
printer's name is...
p-sci02
Apperently OLC is having a hard time getting a response to their zephyr
about this matter. The printer has been down all morning due to the clogged
queue. Any help you can throw our way would be great!
